We are a rural community with vocations that include agriculture, education, health care, manufacturing, accounting and administration. We have a great variety of spiritual gifts and talents. Many of our church leaders also volunteer and contribute as leaders in other aspects in our community’s life, as in 4-H, religious education, mentoring youth, Great Banquet, etc.

We strive to follow our mission statement in several ways;

-Through a monthly breakfast. The past 20 years we have hosted a monthly community breakfast with freewill offerings totaling $500,000 which benefit families in the community.  12-15 dedicated volunteers prepare and serve a full breakfast to 150-250 guests monthly. We are handicap accessible. We assist with needs, whether medically, physically, spiritually or financially (pay medical bills, or fuel cards for transportation.)
-We serve an average of 250 guests with a free Christmas Day dinner for anyone who wishes to celebrate as a larger family, to experience the gift of the Christ Child.

-We put together Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes for families, aside from the Christmas Dinner we host.
-Our Angel Tree provides Christmas clothing and other needs for the children in Carroll County.
-Our deacons help school-age children in need by a mission called the Buddy backpacks to take food home for the weekend.
Our vision for the future is to always extend care, hospitality, and to make people feel welcome. Our church has a tightly knit family atmosphere. We come together because we are broken and need reconciliation. We encourage spiritual growth. We want to increase love for Jesus and build a closer relationship with Him. The church is our spiritual hospital where we receive encouragement, healing, and edification. We believe the Lord speaks to us through Worship and the care we receive from our church family. We allow the Holy Spirt to lead us.
