Job Description -
Our church family is prayerfully seeking a compassionate and faith-filled Teaching Elder to serve in a part-time pastoral role within our community church. We are a welcoming congregation committed to worship, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach, and we desire a shepherd who will help guide us in spiritual growth and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will:
Proclaim God’s Word with clarity and grace
Provide pastoral care and encouragement
Support the ministry and mission of the church
Foster meaningful relationships within the congregation and community
Work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteers
This part-time position offers an opportunity to serve a caring congregation with a heart for Christ and a desire to faithfully live out the Gospel in our community.
